Hi

My name is Brittany.

I know what it's like to build a life that looks like success from the outside — and feel like you're drowning on the inside.

I spent years running. Bay Area. France. Moorea. Oahu. Not because I was lost — but because staying felt like giving up. I was loyal to everyone except myself, and I called it strength.

It was on the north shore of Oahu, learning to surf, that something shifted. My neighbor told me to go every day for 14 days. On day 18, I dropped into the biggest wave of my life — and in the impact zone, I learned how to be an anchor. To stay calm in chaos.

To let the fear be worth it.

That's when I started doing the real 'work' - a year of intentional movement, yoga, journaling, somatic healing, codependency coaching, and learning to just be with myself. I began to see how deeply my personality, my productivity, my worth — all of it — was tangled up in what I'd carried since childhood.

I'm still healing. I'm still here. And I believe that counts for something.

Safe Harbor exists because I needed it and couldn't find it. It's the space I'm building for people who are done performing their way through life — and ready to come home to themselves.

A few things to know:

  • I work from lived experience alongside coaching frameworks

  • I believe healing is not linear, and I won't rush yours

  • I'm a writer, a surfer, a diver, and someone who has chosen herself — imperfectly, repeatedly

You don't need to know where you're going.

You just need a place to arrive.

Because depth requires space, Safe Harbor is offered in limited capacity and opens seasonally. I'd love to learn more about what you're carrying.
